Solar radiation instrument

This global radiation measuring instrument with RS232 interface can be used to measure solar irradiation and temperature. It helps with the planning, project development and with the yield simulation of photovoltaics.

MacSolar global radiation gauge is designed as a useful tool for planners and installers of solar power systems as well as for architects and hobby users.

This equipment allows you to measure light intensity easily. In addition, you can simulate typical nominal data of solar modules (electricity, voltage, operating capacity) with the help of the integrated microcomputer.

The sensor, the self-sufficient power supply, and the display are integrated in a weatherproof device. The compact size enables you to handle it comfortably with one hand. A 90-degree swivel mount, which the MacSolar can be mounted on, is included in the delivery. Thus making long-term measurements in any position possible.
