Operating mode:
The Hydro-wind kit comes complete with a reversible fuel cell. As an electrolyser, the device can convert and store energy from wind as hydrogen from water. As a fuel cell, the same device can convert the stored energy back to electricity to power a small motor, which sets the propeller in motion.
